Böda Sand parking
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR PARKING SERVICE
The terms of use apply to the agreement on Parking Services entered into between Us and the natural or legal person "The Customer" who is the owner of a vehicle that passes into and/or is parked within a parking facility provided by Us ("Parking Facility"). The owner of a vehicle in these conditions means the same thing as the owner of the vehicle in the Act (1984:318) on inspection fee in case of illegal parking.
We use a parking system that, through cameras, automatically reads the registration plate on the Customer's vehicle when entering and exiting the Parking Facility. The customer therefore does not need a physical parking ticket to use the Parking Service.
PARKING SERVICE AGREEMENT
The agreement between Us and the Customer regarding the use of the Parking Service is entered into when the Customer or someone using the Customer's vehicle enters the Parking Facility. By entering the Customer's vehicle into the Parking Facility, the Customer accepts the Terms of Use, which in turn constitute a condition for the use of the Parking Service. If the Customer does not accept the Terms of Use, this means that the Customer's vehicle is parked within the Parking Facility in violation of the agreed conditions, i.e. illegal parking.
After registered withdrawal, the Agreement is terminated when all of the Customer's obligations under the Agreement have been fulfilled.
PARKING FEE
The customer is obliged to pay us a parking fee for using the Parking Service. Prices and fees for the Service are shown in information on our website www.securitas.se/bodasand. All prices and fees are stated including value added tax unless otherwise specifically stated.
The size of the parking fee is calculated based on the time the Parking Service is used, i.e. the time between registration of entry and exit of the Customer's vehicle to the Parking Facility with a deduction for any free parking time.
SHORT-TERM PARKING FEE
Payment for the Parking Service, which does not refer to a parking subscription, takes place in arrears through one of the payment options offered to the Customer according to the information on our website www.securitas.se/bodasand. Regulation of the parking fee for short-term parking can take place through one of the following options:
- Automatic payment through account registration.
- In arrears within 48 hours via web link/QR code provided within the parking facility alt.securitas.se/bodasand.
- According to the conditions applicable to Easypark or Parkster application.
- Invoice.
If the Customer does not pay through any of the payment options a) - d) above, We will send an invoice by post to the Customer's civil registration address or registered address. An invoice fee is added when invoicing.
For payment reminders, a special fee and compensation for debt collection costs are paid in accordance with current legislation. In the event of a delay in payment, interest is payable according to the Interest Act (1975:635).
If the Customer's vehicle when using the Parking Service has been driven by someone other than the owner, i.e. the Customer, the Customer is jointly and severally liable with the driver of the vehicle for the fulfillment of the Agreement.
SUBSCRIPTION PARKING
Customers who wish to take advantage of the opportunity to sign a subscription for a shorter or longer period must do so before the Customer's vehicle passes into the Parking Facility. At what time available subscriptions and conditions for these can be seen from information at www.securitas.se/bodasand. Subscription is linked to a vehicle and its license plate.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for damage caused to the Customer if We did not cause the damage to the Customer through intentional action or gross negligence.
We are not responsible for damage as a result of the Customer or others parking their vehicle in violation of the law, regulations or signage.
Our liability is limited to direct damage. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damage.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle's registration plate is visible and legible when entering and exiting the Parking Facility.
The customer undertakes to park in accordance with the applicable instructions and signage at the relevant Parking facility at all times. The customer is obliged to take note of and comply with all applicable regulations, signage and local regulations at the current Parking facility.
